Xmas Block Blast
How to Play Xmas Block Blast
Drag and Drop Ice Blocks
In Xmas Block Blast, players drag and drop ice block shapes onto the grid. Your goal is to place the blocks in smart positions and create full horizontal rows or vertical columns.
When a row or column is filled, the blocks in that row or column will be cleared from the board. After the blocks disappear, you will have more space to place new shapes and continue playing.
Just choose a block shape, drag it to the grid, and drop it into a space. However, the challenge comes from choosing the best position for each block.
Don't Run Out of Space
The most important rule in Xmas Block Blast is to avoid running out of space. If there is no suitable place left for the next block shapes, the game will end.
That is why you should not place blocks randomly. Before dropping a block, take a few seconds to look at the whole board. Try to think about your next moves and keep enough open space for larger or more difficult shapes.
A basic tip is to always keep a few large empty areas on the grid. Long blocks and complex shapes usually need more room. If you fill the board with many small gaps, you may get stuck when the game gives you a large block.
Tips to Get High Scores in Xmas Block Blast
- To get a high score in Xmas Block Blast, you should focus on clearing multiple rows or columns whenever possible. A good move is not only about clearing blocks right away. It should also help you create more space for future turns.
- One useful strategy is to place large blocks first. Large blocks are harder to fit, so you should deal with them before the board becomes too crowded. Smaller blocks are easier to place and can be used later to fill small gaps.
- You should also avoid creating isolated empty spaces deep inside the grid. These small empty spots are often difficult to fill and can make the board messy. Try to keep your blocks organized and place them near edges or in areas that can help complete full rows or columns.
Game Modes in Xmas Block Blast
Xmas Block Blast offers several game modes, so players can enjoy different challenges instead of playing the same way every time.
Blast Mode
In Blast Mode, you need to blast blocks that contain red hats to score points. This mode adds an extra goal to the basic block puzzle gameplay.
You still need to arrange blocks carefully, but you should also pay attention to the special red-hat blocks. Try to place your shapes in a way that helps you clear as many red-hat blocks as possible.
Advanced Mode
Advanced Mode changes the way you clear blocks. Instead of forming full rows or columns, you need to drag and drop blocks onto the grid to create 3x3 squares.
When a 3x3 area is filled, the blocks in that area will be cleared. This mode requires you to look at smaller areas of the board and plan your moves in a different way.
Classic Mode
Classic Mode is the endless traditional mode of Xmas Block Blast. Your goal is to blast as many blocks as possible and earn the highest score you can.
This mode is a good choice for beginners because the rules are simple and there is no time limit. You can play at your own pace and improve your strategy over time.
Time Mode
In Time Mode, you need to score as many points as possible within a limited amount of time. This mode requires you to think and move faster.
Even though speed is important, you still need to be careful. One bad move can block useful space and make it harder to continue scoring.
Challenge Mode
Challenge Mode is more difficult because the board increases to 10x10. The larger grid gives you more room to play, but it also makes each move harder to plan.
Highlights of Xmas Block Blast
One of the best features of Xmas Block Blast is the leaderboard for each mode. You can compare your score with other players and try to improve your ranking.
Because each mode has a different style of play, you can test different strategies and find the mode that suits you best. Whether you enjoy relaxed gameplay or fast challenges, Xmas Block Blast gives you many ways to play.
